The service is provided by Codium as the owner and operator of Manahig manahig.net.
Any invoices, receipts, or documents related to payments, subscriptions, or bookings through the platform may be issued under Codium or its approved trade name.
3. Online Payments
Manahig provides online payment options for educational services, bookings, or subscriptions available on the platform.
Payments are processed through secure and approved payment service providers. The payment process may require card details or billing information according to the payment provider’s requirements.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may request cancellation or refund within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the educational service has not been used or started, or according to the nature of the purchased service.
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the website or through the official communication channels listed on Manahig.
Accepted cancellation or refund requests within 14 days are free of cancellation charges from the platform side, unless external fees are imposed by the payment provider or any third-party service provider.
If there are non-refundable operational fees, payment processing fees, or third-party service fees, such fees may be deducted from the refunded amount depending on the case.
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds to a different payment method are only possible if available and permitted by the payment provider.
Accepted refunds are processed within up to 7 business days from the date of approval. The time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s balance may vary according to the issuing bank or payment provider policy.
5. Service Delivery Dates
Service delivery dates, sessions, or subscriptions are determined based on the selected service at the time of purchase.
Any dates displayed on the platform are estimated or operational dates and may vary depending on teacher availability, service type, or operational circumstances beyond the platform’s control.
6. User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate information during registration, payment, or communication requests, including phone number, email address, and student or parent details.
Manahig and Codium are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, designs, logos, images, interfaces, content, and materials published on Manahig are owned by Manahig, Codium, or licensed parties.
No content from the platform may be copied, republished, or used for commercial or educational purposes outside the platform without prior written approval.
